The conversations, clinic names, patient names, times and reference numbers shown on the site are fictional examples that illustrate how dwiZen works. They are not real patients, real clinics or real results.

Our service is agreed separately

If a clinic chooses to use dwiZen, scope, fees, support, data handling, cancellation and refunds are set out in a separate written agreement or quote. Nothing on this website changes that agreement.

Using the site

  • Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access it without permission.
  • Do not send patient records, medical details or other sensitive information to us.
  • Do not copy or reuse our content, name or logo without our written permission.

Ownership

The dwiZen name, logo, design and written content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and share its link, but you may not otherwise reproduce it.

The site links to WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or terms.
