This policy explains what information the dwiZen website (dwizen.com) handles, why, and what choices you have. It covers this website only. The WhatsApp assistant we set up for clinics is covered by the written agreement we make with each clinic.

Who we are

What this website collects

  • Enquiry form. The form asks for your name, WhatsApp number and an optional message. The form does not store or send these details itself. It prepares a WhatsApp message that opens on your device, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it. Once you send it, we receive your name, number and message in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp (Meta) processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Chat on WhatsApp button. This opens a WhatsApp chat with us. We receive whatever you choose to send.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
  • Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and broad details such as country, device type, browser and where they came from. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Visitors are counted using a short-lived anonymous hash that Vercel discards after 24 hours.
  • Hosting records. Our host, Vercel, handles technical data such as your IP address and request details so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If we ever add tools that do, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Why we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and talk about whether dwiZen suits your clinic.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We use the details you send on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing to send the message. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us.

Please do not send patient information

Do not include patient records, medical details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form, emails or messages to us. We only need your name, contact details and a short description of your clinic and what you need.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We rely on a few service providers to run the site:

  • Vercel, for hosting and visit statistics.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you send us a WhatsApp message.
  • Spaceship, for our domain and email, if you email us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as needed to deal with it and any work that follows, then delete or anonymise it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email business@dwizen.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the relevant authority under Indian law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No website can promise perfect security, so please keep sensitive information out of your messages to us.

Children

This website is for clinics and their teams. It is not aimed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
